The slouchy hat I am going to share today is just right in time for Valentine. If you know some basics of crochet, you can learn to crochet with different color of yarns a a time. It’s also designed to have a little slouch which makes it very comfy.This hat calls for Post Stitches on its ribbing if you are not comfortable with that you can use any kind of ribbing technique you want.
Difficulty: Beginner to Intermediate
Special Stitches
- Camel Stitch or HDCs did in the 3rd loop of the previous row.
- DC Cluster Stitch – Yarn over insert hook into CH 1 space, yarn over and pull up a loop (3 loops on your hook). Yarn over and pull through 2 loops. * Yarn over insert hook back to the CH 1 space, yarn over and pull up a loop. Yarn over and pull through 2 loops.* Repeat one more time ending with 4 loops on your hook. Yarn over again and pull through all loops.
