This patchwork quilt bag is a bit of a fiddly pattern in a couple of places. There are some curved seams with binding that make for interesting wrangling, but it is completely doable, a lovely tote bag if you love patchwork and one of my best. Patchwork outcome is a fabric beauty which can completely made out of fabric scraps, and this technique is one of my favorite. I have shared some purse DIY tutorials before, and if you love big handbags, I also shared some projects of sew bags tutorials. The instructions includes a zip top panel, but if you are deathly afraid of zippers, you can substitute the zipper for a magnetic closure at the top. it is a small, but fairly deep bag, hence the name Dainty Tote.
